The precise realization of the residential building was awarded by South Moravian region when Anenské terasy Residence became The Building of the Year 2008 in the category of residential buildings.

The jury was impressed by many things in this large-scale project for CZK 215 million; among others a non-traditional solution for hallways inside the atrium – and also the fact that each apartment unit is an original (wall paint, parti-colored finish of applied wood, original design of bathrooms, etc.).

The Anenské terasy Residence is located in the south side of Kopečná Street between Anenská Street and Pekařská Street, plot no. 1116 and 117/1. The building has 8 above the ground floors and one underground level.

The architectural design follows the overall urbanistic concept. The building respects neighboring houses with its ledge and ridge height. The building has its terraces oriented to the south; there is a cellaring of the entire floor size and shared garage, storage space and workshop on the underground level. The basement is accessible by circular ramp and connects with Kopečná Street. On the 1st floor there are entrances to commercial facilities, restaurant and entrance hall from Kopečná Street. On the other floors there are apartment units (on the 6th floor some of them are lofts).

All floors are connected by an elevator (from the 1st floor up the elevator is panoramic). The above the ground floors are connected by an atrium and a separated two-ply stairway. The apartment entrances are in galleries inside of the glazed atrium.
